AIDA, BMUS
PIANO
Aida started playing the piano with her mother, a musician, at the age of four. At age six, she began studying classical piano at a ten-year music school, which she completed, achieving the highest grades and then entered the J.Tallat-Kelpsa College of Music in Vilnius, Lithuania. After graduation, she continued studying classical piano under Professor R.Karosaite at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, receiving a Bachelor‘s degree in music. During many years of study, Aida played the world‘s best classical repertoire of both Russian and Western composers. She mastered and perfected her performance skills as well as acquired fundamental knowledge in music theory and music history, child psychology, pedagogy and various techniques of teaching piano. Aida has over twenty years of piano teaching experience. She developed her method of teaching piano based on the best traditions of the Russian Piano School, as well as the latest achievements in music pedagogy. She prepares students for exams. Her students perform in concerts and music festivals as soloists and members of chamber ensembles. Quite often, Aida’s students have been among the winners of various piano competitions, and several have chosen music as a profession. She looks forward to sharing her passion with young and old alike!

ASHLEIGH, BA
VOCAL COACH & PIANO
Ashleigh started her musical learning while at nursery age, progressing to take piano/keyboard lessons at agenine9 and carrying on with her love for singing throughout her teen years, achieving Grade 8 ABRSM in singing. Despite her classical training ,she has also enjoyed singing in a variety of other styles, from Rock & Pop to Musical Theater. She went on to study music at university where she received a BA (Hons) specialising in singing for her performance and education modules. Ashleigh performed in several concerts, school productions and recitals in various venues ranging from local churches to the Royal Albert Hall and The Brighton Dome giving her a deeper insight into the performing challenges and joys. Since high school Ashleigh has been teaching privately and also assisting her fellow students. She has also acted as substitute music class teacher, helped in running a keyboard club. and helped set up and run a choir. All these varied work experiences make her an understanding and versatile teacher on both piano and singing. Ashleigh is really passionate about music and she is eager to pass this on to her students. She really enjoys helping others nurture their love for music!

CLAUDIA, BA
PIANO & VOCAL COACH
Claudia was raised in a musically encouraging environment where her parents are amateur music enthusiasts, and her brothers are also musicians. She graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts in music. After graduation, she worked as an active freelance musician in Hong Kong, specifically as a singer, pianist, choir conductor, and private teacher. She received her PCGE with QTS teacher qualification at the University of Roehampton. She is currently also working as a music teacher in other renown Academies in London. Claudia is passionate about performing. Although Claudia is a classically trained pianist and singer, she started to develop her interest in singing pop and musical theatre during her time at university. She represented Hong Kong at the China International Import Expo in 2018 with her 'a cappella' group, Groundbreaker. She was also the finalist of Vocal Asia Festival in 2019 and was invited to collaborate with the Hong Kong Symphonic Winds to perform in ‘DISNEY IN CONCERT: A Dream is A Wish’ in 2022. In addition to performing, teaching music is one of Claudia’s greatest joys. She is caring, cheerful and kind-hearted. She has some experiences working with children with speech disorders and SEND needs. She is excited and more than happy to work with students from A to G, guide them and witness their growth.

DANIEL, BMUS, LRSL
GUITAR - ELECTRIC, CLASSICAL,

Daniel began playing guitar at the age of 11, firstly performing in school recitals with his fellow classmates. It wasn't long before he became interested in the sound of rock and electric guitar, as played by Steve Vai, Eddie Van Halen, and Joe Satriani, and from then onwards, he became very interested in the excitement and virtuosity displayed by these icons. This prompted a move to London, where Daniel studied at the ICMP, taking lessons with some of the finest and most experienced guitar teachers in the country, and soaked up as many influences as possible from Jazz, Fusion, and Classical music. Currently Daniel plays in an alternative rock band and has his own band of original music, alongside a busy function band which performs around London. Daniel is very interested in how and why we learn, motivation, the best ways in which to practice and gets deep satisfaction from helping students with their playing. He has experience in teaching a range of abilities and ages, from beginners to very advanced students, and is highly adaptable to the requirements of the student.

DOVILE, BA
PIANO & VOCAL COACH
Dovile's great passion for music started very early in life. At nursery age a music teacher encouraged her parents to continue nurturing her love for music and from that moment on Dovile has enjoyed a successful musical career. She started playing piano when 7 years old. Later on while studying she was also working as music teacher assistant with a successful pop group of children. Eventually she graduated as a vocalist of the Vilnius College (Lithuania) and later on she achieved a Bachelor degree as a music teacher. As a young adult Dovile has had the opportunity of gaining experience in managing performances in venues around the city and on television including competitions on Eurovision and other TV shows. Dovile has now based her life in London where she has been teaching for the past 7 years, making it her main career. She loves sharing her knowledge with everyone who cares about music and hopes to pass on her passion to those who would like to learn more. Her motto is: "Music is the key of life, that's why our hearts beat!"
ELENA, BMUS
VIOLIN & PIANO
Elena is an energetic, experienced, and creative violin and piano teacher with a proven ability to get the very best out of pupils. Elena began her musical career in Bulgaria where she began teaching violin and piano in 1990 and continued teaching when she moved to the UK in 2014. She achieved her Bachelor in Music at the Academy of Music in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Elena also has extensive performance experience, including playing second violin with the Farnborough Symphony Orchestra. Elena enjoys inspiring her students and is skilled at teaching both young and adult learners.

GALINA, MA
PIANO, KEYBOARD &​ ACCORDION
Galina is happy to work with students of all ages and teach up to and including MA level on piano, keyboard, organ, accordion, music theory and history, as well as conducting and ensemble playing. She is not only qualified but has also accumulated a wealth of experience by working with different age groups, cultures, settings and institutions. As part of her studies Galina has worked as conductor of children orchestras and choirs. Her education was aimed to develop teachers’ knowledge of psychology at different level of development and train her ability to select appropriate methods suitable to aid any individual to make progress. Within her BA and MA courses she has learned techniques aimed to teach children with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour, having also experience as Music Therapist, speech development and Drama. She has travelled the world performing as orchestral musician for 8 years also winning the 1st prize at Laureate International music competition (Denmark). Galina also performed at international music projects and has been working as a pianist dance musician with a ballet institution for more than 14 years, composing and improvising. As a teacher Galina likes to be creative by exploring different styles and approaches which makes learning music enjoyable for both children and adults alike. She believes that different methods should be used and adapted to each individual's learning style and abilities. A safe and healthy environment is a priority, being caring towards every child equally, and to provide a stimulating working atmosphere to achieve high standards and to ensure the success of every pupil. Thankful to her own teacher's example, Galina has appreciated understanding, dedication and love for what you do in life, that for her is Music because it brings happiness to oneself and others. She looks forward to pass that passion on to all her students at A to G!

HARRY, BA (Oxon)
PIANO AND KEYBOARD
Harry began piano lessons with his father at the age of five. From then on, the piano became a primary focus of his time, and he achieved his ABRSM Diploma in Piano Performance at the young age of 16. After finishing his studies at Sutton Grammar School, Harry went on to attend the University of Oxford on its prestigious music course. There, Harry nurtured not only his performance skills, but also his love of harmony, composition and improvisation. He also was able to develop his love of jazz, taking over as the musical director of the Oxford University Jazz Orchestra. Since then, Harry has been enjoying a blossoming freelance career, which has seen him play with legends of the London jazz scene, including John Harle, Riley Stone-Lonergan, Steve Fishwick, Dave O’Higgins and Alison Neale, and at venues including Ronnie Scott’s, The Sheldonian Theatre, The Savoy Hotel and The Vortex. In his lessons, Harry always aims to pass on the knowledge and spirit of the world-class teaching he has and continues to receive. His understanding of the fundamentals of music runs deep, allowing him to cater to any student’s musical interests—be it Bach or Beyonce!

KEVIN
VIOLIN AND PIANO
Kevin grew up in a family that had a great love for music and encouraged him to pursue learning a variety of instruments. He was born in London and started learning the Violin from the age of 7 and later the Piano, being taught through the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music. Kevin has worked as a teacher for over 14 years here in Britain and also oversees in Australia, helping many students fged 3 1/2 to 60+ achieve their musical goals, including success at classical and Jazz graded exams and helping students to receive music scholarships. He is enthusiastic about children and adults finding enjoyment in the learning process, whether that be via graded exams or through progressively following particular styles that appeal to them. That Music is accessible for all ages and abilities is something that Kevin firmly believes in.

LARA, MMUS
VIOLIN
Lara was born into a musical family in Surrey and started violin lessons aged 7. At 16, she won a scholarship to The Purcell School for Young Musicians and performed in the school orchestra at the Queen Elizabeth Hall. She went on to study at The Royal Northern College of Music with Yuri Torchinsky, a nd she graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Music degree. In 2017, she was awarded a place at the Paris Conservatory to study for an Erasmus year studying with Roland Daugereil. In 2022, Lara graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama with a master's degree.

NATALIA, BMUS
PIANO & KEYBOARD
Music has always been Natalia’s passion. As a child aged 6 she was happy to start her studies at a music school where she learned to play the piano and enjoyed performing in concerts. She graduated from the 'Latvian Academy of Music' achieving a Bachelor's degree as performer and piano teacher. From 2000 Natalia begun work as accompanist and piano teacher. In her musical career she has taken part in concerts, various masterclasses and workshops. She is proud of her student's high success rate in exams and competitions! Natalia is constantly in search of the best pedagogical methods, how to sustain her students' love for music by igniting their imagination and creativity. She believes that music is a power that brings us joy, lifts our soul. With excitement, she meets every child or adult who wants to learn to play piano and believes that their interest in music is precious. Natalia looks forward to open the door of piano's magic world and to share the passion and joy of music!

OLEKSANDRA
PIANO & VOCAL COACH
Oleksandra started singing as soon as she learned how to talk. At four years old she was taking singing lessons with a private tutor, at six she started going to an eight year music school specialising in classical piano and jazz vocals. Over the course of her studies she developed keen interest in solfeggio and choir, writing sheet music for choir adaptations of popular songs and leading an a capella ensemble. After Oleksandra moved to the UK she graduated in a Music Performance and Production course with distinction and started actively composing music and performing solo and as a part of a band. At the moment she is advancing her professional career by studying Songwriting and Artist Development. Oleksandra has four years of one-to-one teaching experience. Her methods combine her classical education and a contemporary, personalised approach.

RENS, BA
VOCAL COACH & PIANO
Rens started developing her interest for music when she started playing piano as a child. As a teen she discovered a great love for singing and writing songs which then became her passion. She has since completed a course in Vocals (Dip) at the Academy of Contemporary Music and a degree with first class honours in Creative Musicianship (BA Hons) in London. Rens is currently active with her folk-pop music project for which she writes original songs and records in studios. She also does live performances regularly as a solo act as well as with a band in venues throughout London. She enjoys a variety of genres including folk, pop, rock, classical and musical theatre. Rens is a very caring person and has always had a desire to help others particularly through music. Her goal at A to G is to pass on her love for music and creativity as well as to see students flourish.

ROODABE, MA
PIANO & KEYBOARD
Mesmerised by listening to Bach and Chopin, Roodabe started learning piano at the age of 8. Becoming an advanced piano player secured her a place at the most prestigious music school in Iran, Tehran University, Faculty of Fine Arts to study B.A. music. She kept developing her knowledge of music and thirst for creativity by studying M.A. composing at the same University and working under the supervision of Maestro Nader Mashayekhi and professor Azin Movahed. Roodabe participated and has been commissioned to compose contemporary pieces in various Music festivals, including 2020 Festival in Linz, Austria (2015) and Heidelberg Spring Music Festival in Heidelberg, Germany 2017 And honoured to work with great composer Johanna Doderer and Maestro Igor Levit. Owing to her interest in legends and folklore and her compassion to humanity, Roodabe has been drawing vivid and moving scenes of the nature of humankind through her pieces. Her empathy has enabled Roodabe to build a unique and friendly relationship with her students throughout her 9+years of experience in teaching piano, solfeggio and music theory. She has worked both private and many music institution and worked with student from the age of 6to 60, and from absolute beginner to advanced. Easily bonding with pupils and being an extremely pleasant teacher to younger children have always been her distinct charm.

SUZANNE, MA
PIANO & KEYBOARD
Growing up in Hong Kong, Suzanne always wanted to be a teaching musician. She took piano lessons from a young age and continued her studies in music at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. She graduated BMus in piano performance and then went on to achieve her MA in music education and performance. She has been working as a piano teacher for several years. Suzanne plays a range of repertoires from Bach to Sculthorpe and specialises in contemporary music. She won the Chopin cup and was the champion of the Modern class in Richmond music festival in 2017. Besides solo performances, she also enjoys playing and performing chamber music. Suzanne's gentle and approachable character creates a welcoming teaching environment. Teaching music holistically and supporting her students along their musical development is her teaching philosophy.

THOMAS, BMUS
PIANO AND VOCAL COACH
​​Tom started Piano and Singing lessons at the age of 10 and his love of music quickly grew. During his school and college studies he was in the top 5% of gifted and talented music students in the country which earned him a place on a prestigious workshop in New York. He went on to obtain Grade 8 in Piano and Singing before completing his Music Degree. Tom’s passion for teaching began at an early age getting his first teaching job at the age of 15. He has conducted music workshops in nurseries and primary schools focussing on the techniques and teachings on Zoltán Kodály. As well as teaching, Tom has performed across the UK and Europe and regularly enjoys conducting, accompanying and performing with other singers and musicians. Tom feels privileged to have worked with people of ALL ages and backgrounds. He likes to use imaginative ways of teaching in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Whilst he feels that it is important to develop sound technique and accuracy lessons must be tailor-made to an individual and focus on what they would like to achieve. Whether you want to work towards a graded examination, an audition or just want to learn a new skill Tom will encourage confidence and progress taking it one step at a time.

WILL, MA
VOCAL COACH & PIANO
Will started his musical journey as a chorister at St Albans Cathedral but quickly moved into musical theatre, pop and jazz. Will holds a Master of Arts in Music from Durham University and has performance diplomas in Singing (ARSM) and Clarinet (ATCL), as well as a Grade 8 piano qualification. Whilst at university Will was a musical director and arranger for Northern Lights A Cappella, who became two-time national a cappella champions and represented the UK at the world finals in New York (yes, Pitch Perfect is real!). He has been nominated for four Contemporary A Cappella Recording Awards and continues to be a prolific arranger and choir director within the professional a cappella scene, working with groups both in the UK and the USA. He also works as a musical director and composer for musical theatre, with his most recent work winning the award for 'Best New Musical' at the 2022 Edinburgh Fringe. Will is knowledgeable about a wide variety of genres and is keen to help each student find their own voice and style. Will emphasises the importance of vocal health in his teaching in order to allow students to develop vocal stamina, preparing them for what could eventually become a career as a professional singer. He also aspires to instil a general sense of musicianship in his pupils so that they are well-equipped to transfer their skills to any musical endeavour. Will has a huge passion for the power of the human voice, and his goal at A to G is to enable students to harness that power in a safe and fulfilling way!

YUQING, ARSM
PIANO & KEYBOARD
Yuqing began playing the piano at the age of 6 with her grandmother. Her passion for playing the piano has been very consistent throughout the years as she studied piano from the ages of 8 to 11 at A to G Music School. Yuqing achieved Grade 8 piano at the age of 11, ARSM diploma at 14 and is currently studying LTCL diploma. She gained a distinction in both ARSM and ATCL for flute. Also, she learnt the cello to broaden her knowledge with a stringed instrument, reaching a distinction in Grade 7. She has been studying at Junior Guildhall between 2019 and 2025, a nd she has been given public performances of Chopin's works, including Nocturnes, Etudes and the first Ballade. She is also the principal flute at JGSMD Symphony Orchestra and Wind Academy. After finishing her studies at Nonsuch High School for Girls, Yuqing went on to attend King's College London on its prestigious music course. Yuqing is happy to work with students of all ages and teach, including piano, keyboard, flute, and music theory. Music is an aspect of her life that is not only a hobby but a full-time dedication. She is looking forward to building up her career as a music teacher at A to G Music School with a burning passion to teach others to love music as well!
